Returns & Exchanges

All discounted, sale & clearance items are final sale. Full priced items, excluding glass screen protectors may be returned or exchanged.
All products are checked carefully prior to shipping. Should a product be faulty, you may return or exchange an item within 5 business days of receipt, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are returned non-saleable.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to mahalocases. mahalocases will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit. We advise that all returns and exchanges should be shipped with tracking.
Refunds will be returned back to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the products are in their original condition. Returns must be sent back within 5 business days to qualify for a refund. Otherwise, exchanges or store credit will be provided.
Exchanges will be sent out within 2 days of receiving the returned product in its original condition.
